Betacular Rules and Regulations in India

These terms and conditions govern all use of the Betacular platform, including the official website and mobile application, by users based in India. By accessing or using any of the services offered, you agree to be bound by the rules set out in this document. All registered users are required to read these provisions carefully before placing any bet or using any feature on the platform. Betacular reserves the right to update these terms periodically, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revised provisions.

General Terms

By registering an account and using Betacular’s services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions outlined on this page. These provisions form a legally binding agreement between you and Betacular.

Eligibility and User Requirements

Betting Restrictions

  • Users found to be acting in collusion or exploiting loopholes in the platform’s odds or bonus systems will have their accounts reviewed and may face suspension.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bets cannot be cancelled once confirmed, except in cases where Betacular determines that an event has been cancelled, postponed, or declared void.
  • Refunds for void bets are credited to the user’s account balance in accordance with the applicable settlement rules.
